We support any make or model of PC, Mac and Linux. We are not affiliated with any retailers. We can buy from any Computer store that you feel comfortable with, or we will suggest the lowest cost option.

Do you support Mac?

Yes, we do! We provide a wide range of services for various platforms including Mac, Windows and Linux. We provide Mac OS X upgrades, reinstall and Mac training for end user as well.

Do you support mobile devices?

Yes, our technicians can help you, setup iPhone, iPad, Android, BlackBerry and Windows Phones! We can troubleshoot the problem(s) and fix it quickly.

What if I really don’t know what the problem is?

That’s ok we come to you, review problem and recommend few solutions for you to choose from.

Do you sell New Computers?

Yes. We sell new and refurbished PC computers including laptops and desktops at competitive prices as per user needs and budget. You can purchase these from us or we are also happy to install and support hardware purchased from your preferred retailer.

What is No Fix No Fee Policy?

If we can’t diagnose the problem or offer you a solution there’s nothing to pay!

There are some situations where we diagnose a fault and we are able to fix the problem but the customer does not want the work to proceed or Any problem relating to the customer purchased an incompatible Hardware or software that does not meet required specifications then a Fee for the time spent on the diagnosis will be charged
